In your customized private yoga session, your individual needs will be discussed and assessed with Jeannine. From here, an individual practice of postures and breathing will be developed and taught; one that is appropriate for your particular needs. Individual needs to be considered might include general health, specific injuries or conditions, age, strength, flexibility, and life circumstances.

Yoga Rocks! Kids Private Lessons

Yoga Rocks! Kids Private Lessons are step by step, therapeutic hands-on and integrated sequences of yoga poses, eye exercises, specialized breathing exercises, music and sound therapy and relaxation techniques with special attention to the needs of each child.

Each lesson is designed to increase basic motor, cognitive and communication skills in children of all ages and abilities including children with developmental disabilities such as Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy and Spina Bifida. Yoga helps reduce hyperactivity, balance emotions, improves concentration, coordination, and self-control in children with learning disabilities, Autism Spectrum and Related Disorders, and ADHD.

45-minute session = $90

One Hour session = $125
