- Prenatal Yoga – Helps expectant moms to open hips and abdominal region to make childbirth & recovery easier for mom and baby.
- Baby Yoga – For Moms and babies from six weeks – active crawling. Learn fun, easy movements for your new baby and tone up your postnatal body too!
- Mommy and Me – Yoga fun for toddlers from 18-36 months. Learn fun yoga poses such as Peace and Quiet pose, Frog jumps, Owl twist, fun songs, games, and more. Parent/Caregiver and child class. Call for more info.
- Family Yoga Rocks! – Yoga for the whole family! Ages 3 and up. Join us for this special series exclusively for families. We will learn and practice fun yoga poses to build strength, increase flexibility, and relax the body and mind. Included are partner yoga poses too! Call for more class info.
