New Beginnings

Happy 2011 Everyone!

Here's to new beginnings and fresh starts! I am very excited to begin this year with new helpful tips, recipes, and poses to keep you fit and healthy each and every day.  Wellness means taking care of yourself all the time and to keep you motivated I have listed some great websites that I use to stay healthy and happy each day.

I just found out about Whole Living Daily and I signed up for it! Its amazing so check it out and sign yourself up today.

I have also been eating and cooking gluten-free, casein-free, and sugar-free as much as possible and here are some

of my new, favorite sites:

Lastly, get enrolled into a yoga class. Take a class at your local yoga studio. I personally practice yoga every morning whether it is 20 minutes or an hour and it makes a complete difference in how I feel each day. I am more energized, calmer, and feel better physically. I practice a combination of Kundalini and Kripalu types of yoga that I have developed over the years. If you would like a personal consultation, feel free to email or call me anytime. I do phone consults as well as in person consults.

Leave me a comment below and let me know what you think of the sites!

And stay tuned for upcoming trainings and events held in various studios on Long Island.

The Level 1 Online Training is available immediately so if you are interested or know someone who wants to get started teaching kids yoga email me today!

Happy 2011!

I'm so excited to see more recipes and hear more about your adventures in the kitchen.  Please keep us all up-to-date on any new recipes you try that turn out awesome!  The site looks great and it's wonderful that people can access the services of YogaRocks online and in their communities as well.  Keep up the amazing work with spreading your positive energy wherever you go!
