New Beginnings

Happy 2011 Everyone!

Here's to new beginnings and fresh starts! I am very excited to begin this year with new helpful tips, recipes, and poses to keep you fit and healthy each and every day.  Wellness means taking care of yourself all the time and to keep you motivated I have listed some great websites that I use to stay healthy and happy each day.

Lastly, get enrolled into a yoga class. Take a class at your local yoga studio. I personally practice yoga every morning whether it is 20 minutes or an hour and it makes a complete difference in how I feel each day. I am more energized, calmer, and feel better physically. I practice a combination of Kundalini and Kripalu types of yoga that I have developed over the years. If you would like a personal consultation, feel free to email or call me anytime.
